Pure silk scarf, handpainted with steam fixed French silk dyes. The brooch is assembled from Evelyn's original painting in miniature on silk using heat set silk "dyes". The brooch is treated with a UV, stain resist finish for silk. This product has been developed by, and is unique to, Evelyn Antonysen. The combination of brooch and scarf enables many styling options. Who said "blue and green should never be seen" ? They harmonise as beautifully here as they do in nature, We get a lot of green here in Tasmania. Brooch/pin is 58 mm (5.8 cm) in diameter ( 10 mommies Habutai silk).
