Original one off, encaustic wax painting. Embedded found, dried and pressed leaves collected from an Autumn walk. These retain their natural colour and form as they are preserved in the beeswax. Surrounding them, pure pigment was used to colour the wax medium to the complementary green. This artwork measures 10x10 cm. Framed in a white, 3cm deep shadow box frame, it can be free standing alone or stacked with other similar works. Alternatively it can be hung on the wall.
