While I cancel my regular children’s classes for two weeks, the adult’s ones continue and I have a number of workshops from Devonport to Deloraine.
Organised by the Eastern Shore Community House (East Devonport). Thursday 16th Septgember 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Watercolour, follow a demonstration and step by step instruction of a floral work (a.m.) and a landscape (p.m.) or do your own thing with advice if required.  Bring whatever watercolour gear you have or purchase from me on the day. A display of art materials for sale will also be set up. (venue East Devonport Recreation Centre). Cost $10.
FRIDAY 10th Sept 9.30 am to 12 noon. ACRYLICS “Almost Boots “n all“… use palette knives, sponges, card board, fingers, whatever….. to push paint around on a canvas or primed board. These are the primary methods used in the Tesselated Pavement painting shown in the previous post. Organised by Meander Valley Arts, Deloraine. Courtesy of the same art group Naturescapes on Friday Sept 17th. The Axemans Hall of Fame at Latrobe is also hosting a number of workshops over the second week of the school holidays. These will include cast glass, acrylic painting, watercolours and more. Cost $25 per session with materials provided. Book at The Axemans, Bells Parade, Latrobe. Tutors, myself, Jenny-Lee Hutton and Rhyllis Chambers. 
And then comes Seniors week for which David Coy from Central Coast Council has organised for me to lead a day of watercolour at Forth Town Hall on Wednesday 6th October. This is a free event for seniors but  bookings are required (ph 64298957)
