I started working with kiln formed glass being attracted to the sparkle of dichroic (a little bling). But very quickly the painter in me pushed that aside (although I still do some) and I met the challenge of painting watercolour style miniatures on tin float glass which is then kiln fired. MUCH more unique and each is an original, one off, work of art. The medium captures the feel of our special island and I call them Tasmanian Moods on Glass.
