Glass

I became hooked on working with glass through fellow artist and teacher Anne Dunham. I started with dichroic jewellery but have also developed combining slumped glass with acrylic enamel marbling and silk painting miniatures. But I am  a painter so most recently I have been painting watercolour images on the glass before firing and sumi e inspirations on recycled glass (mostly old wine bottles). As my kiln is small I am limited to jewellery and small plates.glass sculpture with sumi E figures Glass sculpture with Sumi E figures. Title “I will listen”.
